I'm excited to help you move your body, dance with joy, get artsy, connect with creativity and create & paint cool things.
My background includes decades of dancing, creating art, teaching and embracing life with vibrant energy since childhood. With a knack for connecting with people and desire to spread positivity, my mission is to inspire joy and uplift others through art, dance and movement.

My Story
A lifetime immersed in dance, art, creativity & self expression.
Since my earliest days, I was constantly moving to music, creating art, loving nature, making friends and encouraging others to realize their artistic pursuits. After 34 years teaching dance, thousands of students worldwide, 4 decades dancing & making art, I have seen firsthand the positive impact that creativity, dance and art has on lives.
After the 2020 pandemic there is a dire need for different ways and tools to combat stress, anxiety, depression, weight gain, aging and overall physical and metal well being.
