Join Flux & Flow on Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 pm for the Flux & Flow Dance Class Emotion in Motion.

Interactive adult contemporary dance class exploring movement breath, rhythm and emotions behind the movement.

Perfect dance class for those who have previously taken jazz, ballet, modern, lyrical and/or hip-hop since elements of each style are in this dance class.
Recommended footwear is Apolla Dance Socks- performance 1/2 soles.
Previous dance training and experience highly recommended
