Paint in the Park | Monarch Butterfly

Join Us for Art in the Park!

Experience the stunning beauty of Oceanside and its wonderful weather while unleashing your creativity at Buccaneer Park! We invite you to be part of our Art it Up event on Sunday, May 31st, from 3-5 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to paint a beautiful Monarch butterfly. We’ll guide you through every step of the process, helping you explore shapes and techniques to create your own stunning artwork.

Whether you're a seasoned artist or trying your hand at painting for the first time, everyone is welcome! We’ll gather in the grassy area near the playground, where you can choose to sit under a large shady tree or at the picnic tables. Just look for the Paint in the Park / Art it Up sign to find us! Bring your friends and family, and let’s make some art together in the great outdoors. Great for all ages and pet friendly. We can’t wait to see you there!

Included with Reservation:

· All painting supplies

· Pre-drawn canvas

· Step-by-step directions

What to bring:

· A chair or blanket to sit on

· Beverage of your choice

· Snacks if you'd like

· Sweater or jacket- it can get chilly near sunset.
